Five basic yoga stretches to start the day

Here we are telling you about five basic yoga stretches, which are very easy to do.
1. Adhomukhaswanasana
This is a basic yoga and you can also call it yoga stretching. To do this stretching, stretch both your arms and legs behind and exhale and raise your hips. Keep your hands and feet as straight as possible and keep your eyes down. Then take a deep breath and stay in this position for a few seconds. Doing this stretching daily reduces back pain, keeps blood circulation under control and also gives the body a tone.
2. Malasan
While doing the Malasan, join both hands in the posture of salutation or pranam and sit in deep squat. Keep your ankles completely grounded. Thai, hips and pelvic areas emerge from this stretching in a very beautiful way. It helps in reducing the pain of knees, joints and back. Constipation and gas are also relieved.
3. Bhujangasana
This is a great stretching for the spine and upper body. To do this, lie down on your stomach and keep your soles towards the ceiling. After that, emphasize your hands, get up from the chest and bend the back as much as possible. You can do this stretching for one minute. It gives strength to your spine and relieves cytica.
4. Betilasan
Through this video, you can try cat-cow pose or betilasan. Cat and cow pose create a stretch in your spine and hips, which also relieves you from lower back pain, neck pain and stress.
5. Balasana
While doing Balasana, sit on the ground like a child by turning both your legs from the knees backwards and lie on the front, lift the hips up and move the hands forward. While doing this, pay more attention to the whole process of breathing and exhaling. Balasana in the right way helps to relieve fatigue, relieve back pain and blood circulation is also right.
